A narcissist is looking for feedback for his every action. You can tell him that how buying a new car will jealous the neighbors or getting an apartment in the porch area will how to lift up our reputation in society.
You should try to give transparent feedback as he can clearly look at the pros of buying a new house and the cons of not getting a new house in the furnished town.
6. Betray his Retribution Nature:
Retribution is the weakest point that a narcissist hides from the world, maybe something like his looks, the tragedy he never wants to disclose, fear of being average or not intelligent enough.
Expose the weakest point publicly in a manner that just shows sympathy with him. You should speak about his miseries at parties in his presence, just to show that how miserable he is and in strong need of sympathy. This act will lure his attention and he will definitely try to pay you back. Do not talk in a manner that you are lowering his status, try to cover him with emotional words.
